Training is suitable for women and children from 8 to 80 years old.
(I accept children from the age of 5 years (upon assessment) - If the parent trains as well)
The oldest female Karate-ka started learning Karate in her 80’s and
gained her Black Belt at 88 years young!
Also, recently aired on BBC News 24 was the account of 73 year old grandmother - Barbara Dyson from Wakefield who has just reached Black Belt (10th Oct '08)
